At RRR, we are raising a South Poll cattle herd using purebred and full-blood South Poll bulls to build a full-blood herd.

South Poll cattle are derived from Hereford, Angus, Senepol, and Barzona genetics. They are bred specifically for their heat tolerance, foraging ability, and adaptability to the hot weather conditions of the United States. South Poll cattle are raised for grass-fed beef production and are prized for their docile temperament and efficient conversion of forage into meat.

Our calves are born and raised exclusively on our pastures, utilizing rotational grazing practices. During winter, the cattle receive supplementation with hay produced on our ranch, ensuring full control over the inputs into our herd. This represents a sustainable and natural approach to the entire breeding and raising process.
